Instructions & Purpose

Purpose: This form collects the professional profile data of each faculty member for the Academic & Administrative Audit (AAA) A.Y. 2025-26. The data will be reviewed by IQAC as part of the annual institutional quality assessment and will feed into the HoI's Annual Report presentation.

Who fills this: Every full-time faculty member. One completed form per person. HoDs are responsible for ensuring 100% completion from their department.

Additional benefit: The verified data from this submission will also be used to build and maintain your individual faculty profile page on the official Parul University website - ensuring students, parents, and research collaborators see accurate, up-to-date information when they search for you.

For HoDs & Principals: If your department has visiting faculty, adjunct professors, or industry practitioners who teach regularly, this form must be shared with them as well. Their profiles are equally subject to IQAC review and will be included in the institute's Annual Report. Please ensure they receive and complete this form within the submission deadline.
