Submission Guidelines & Instructions
Context: The Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) for A.Y. 2025–26 is being conducted in
two phases: (I) Internal Audit by the IQAC reviewing the audit form and supporting documents at institute
level, and (II) Presentation by HoIs and Directors on the Annual Report. This form collects the data required
for Phase II.
Who fills this: Faculty Principals, Deans, HoDs, and Directors of Cells/Centres. One
submission per Institute/Faculty. Separate Part B for each programme and Part C for each specialization.
Fields marked with * are mandatory. Incomplete submissions
will be returned. For photographs and documents, upload to Google Drive, set sharing to "Anyone with the
link can view", and paste the link. For tables with more rows than provided, use the + Add
Row button.
